Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, please email us first at shop@palmarajewelry.com with your order number, name, and reason for return.
Items sent back to us without prior email approval will not be accepted.
Once your return is approved, you will be given return instructions.
Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we do not provide return shipping labels. The return package remains the customer’s responsibility until it is received by Palmara Jewelry.
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as we are not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit.
Return Approval & Store Credit
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return conditions.
If the item and packaging are confirmed to be in their original, unused condition, we will issue a refund in the form of store credit equal to the original purchase amount (excluding shipping costs).
If the item shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration, we reserve the right to deny the return or issue a partial credit at our discretion.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at shop@palmarajewelry.com if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to place a new order for the desired product once your return has been approved and processed.
Your refund will be issued as store credit, which can be applied toward your new purchase.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must meet the same eligibility conditions listed above.
